INGREDIENTS for 4 people
4 tbs grated cheese
4tbs chopped ham
salt and pepper
Separate the eggs. Whisk the egg whites to soft peaks, fold in the cheese and ham, season with salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 150°C. Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper. Make 4 cloud-like heaps of egg white on the baking sheet. make a dip in the middle of each heap. Bake the egg-white heaps for 4-5 minutes in the pre-heated oven.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place an egg yolk in the dip of each heap. Return to the oven for two minutes. Serve with toast for breakfast.
